Michihiro Ikemizu is a voice actor who was in a cooperative relationship with Harada's labor union. When Harada was working part-time at the TV news department, they met on the same floor several times. (Shuji Terayama was also on that floor.)

Ikemizu writes about the time-limited strike by voice actors in 1980 and the process that led to the Ginza demonstrations (anime demonstrations) by voice actors and animators in the early 1990s.
