2000 Interview 01
In 2000, Core Magazine released "End of the Century Club CD-ROM."
This book contains interviews with Edu (Harada) and J・A・Seazer.
It also contains articles on Minoru Torihada and director Teruo Ishii's "Hell."
However, this book was full of photos of corpses, freaks, bestiality, and so was banned soon after its release.
We will be introducing Harada's interview and the section of Seazer's interview about the MIDORI in several installments.

-"Shojyo Tsubaki (hereafter, MIDORI)" will be screened for the first time in six years in Shimokitazawa, the birthplace of small theater troupes.
Kiryukan is a group to watch out for, having held dangerous screenings in the past. (The article exaggerates by saying that "in the past, a member of the audience fell down the stairs." In fact, no members of the audience have been injured in the past.)
We are in awe of the fact that the protagonist of the upcoming film, "Zashikiro," is a child with cyclopia.
Kiryukan was working on "Horizon Blue," a story based on a novel by Yoko Kondo, but they suddenly stopped work and came up with this performance. (The name Kiryukan is used for this performance by majority vote of the main staff, but to be precise, it is a joint project of three groups, including Kiryukan. Harada was initially opposed to using the name Kiryukan, as the purpose was completely different. All records of this meeting have been kept.)
-MIDORI is mostly a still picture picture storytelling, but what exactly is your role?
H (In the article, he is listed as Hisaaki Ezu throughout)
The script for MIDORI starts with the idea that "somewhere in Japan, the audience receives information about Kiryukan."
How do the audience think for themselves within their preconceived notions and make it to the theater?
My role is to manipulate the information and imprint my message on the audience.
