Hiyowa na kyoryu-chan (The Weak Dino) 1976

When Harada was 14 years old, he and his friend Okabe made 8mm film animation for the first time.

A long time ago, there was a weak dinosaur on the ancient earth.
Because he was weak, he was bullied by everyone.
One day, he was suddenly transported to modern Tokyo.
Because of his large size, he is considered dangerous and is attacked by the Self-Defense Forces missiles.

The city will be destroyed as a result.

(Unfortunately, Harada doesn't remember the last part of the story either. Anyway, in the end, he returns to the old Earth again.)

Harada decided to make an anime after seeing Winsor McCay's "Gertie the Dinosaur (1914)".
"Gertie the Dinosaur" was made with only paper and pen, and He thought, "If I use this method, I can make it too!"
His drawing style using pen and paper has been handed down unchanged even after more than 50 years.
