"Nursing student at the Far East Railway Hospital"(Kyokuto Tetsudo Byoin no Kango Gakusei) 1985-1988

A horror mystery about a rookie nurse having a terrifying experience on a mysterious island.
This project had a setting, storyboard, and music, but was never produced.
At that time, while working as an animator, Harada was also active in the labor movement in the labor union. There, many hospital workers were suffering from the harmful effects of the medical system destroyed by the Japanese government.
Harada thought it would be disrespectful to hospital staff to simply set the stage in a hospital without connecting it to this problem.
The problem of the Japanese government's destruction of medical care was expressed in "Horizon Blue".

We have so far marked this project as 1983. However, the above memo is written on the back of the manuscript paper of the TV station news department where Harada worked part-time from 1988-1991, so I will correct it to 1985-1988.

This storyboard is drawn on straw paper(Warabanshi), which was popular in Asia. However, due to the spread of copy paper in recent years, straw paper was discontinued several years ago.

This image board is drawn on the layout paper of "Tokyo Movie". It was around 1985 that Harada worked on animation for "Tokyo Movie".
